Dear Parent,
The Barrhead Public Library’s Summer Reading Club organizers would like to invite your child to participate in the Blue Heron Parade on Saturday (August 7^th).
We ask that kids who wish to participate arrive at the Parade Starting Point by the Kier Care Centre by 9:45am.  The parade will start at 10:00 am, so please don’t be late.
If there is enough space, the children will be riding on the float. If there are many children who wish to participate, then we will be walking alongside the float. We ask that kids do not bring their bikes.
 It’s a pretty long route, so make sure you sunscreen your child. If it’s cold, make sure you bring a sweater.
For those children wishing to participate will receive a free Jungle T-shirt as well as a Jungle hat!  For those children who already have a Destination Jungle T-shirt, please wear it!
We will be throwing lots of candy, so come ready to party!
